壽豐校區運動園區「運動場地借用管理系統」公告：


因出納組及台企銀行已遷回行政大樓，為流暢借用確認手續，即日起恢復原場地借用投單流程如下：



運動場地於借用系統登錄借用後，列印申請單，可於借用隔日二個工作日期限內至本校台灣企銀窗口繳費，並將繳費後之體育中心存根聯投入台企銀窗口旁之體育中心信箱內，俾體育中心可於確認期限內（借用隔日第三個工作天）辦理借用確認。逾上述投單期限(載於申請單)之場地借用單請勿投入信箱。

Notice on sports field reservation procedure of Sports Field Management System, at Shoufeng campus, NDHU:



Viewing Cashier Section and Taiwan Business Bank have moved back to Administrative Building, we’d like to revive the original steps in confirmation to facilitate sports field reserving procedure with immediate effect . Ie.,
After paying sports field charge to the bank, you could throw the paid copy for PE center into mailbox nearby bank teller’s counter within the next two working days.

PE Center will confirm the reservation accordingly by next working day (3rd working day).

Please do not throw in copy whose time window for throwing-in expires.
